“The room was dirty, there was hair in the shower, there was old rice and a rock on the carpet- no one vacuumed. There was so much grime and dust I went to the store and had to clean myself. (Work trip had to stay.) there was a smell. It was so terrible on one side of the room. Smelled like someone peed the carpet- also tried spraying something. The carpets are disgusting the couch had fraying around the edges and everything looked like it had a layer of grime. Hated it. The street the hotel is……

“Very clean & cozy with everything we needed!”

“This was the perfect location for our East Coast college visitor. It was perfectly suited so that we could see schools in Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York City at Poughkeepsie New York. The two-bedroom layout was ideal for our family so that people could have a little privacy. Those were extremely responsive and very personal. I especially appreciated the ninja so that I could still make my smoothies for the morning. Trying to figure out an excuse so that if we could come back and stay again!……

“I didn’t realize there’s no cable/smart tv”

“Overpriced. No pool. No breakfast. No ice machine. 1 bath towel for 3 people. 1 very small bar of soap for 3 people to share. Desk worker was very hard to understand. Very disappointed in this place.”

“Great location close to Warner Theater and downtown. Extremely easy to check in, even at night in the dark. Rooms were clean, beds were soft and comfy, everything smelled fresh and clean.”
