“The home was charming and cozy and the view was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is secluded and peaceful where the house is located and a great spot to come back after a busy day of hiking and exploring with our kids. It is a storybook cottage with views of the cove and even had a wonderful apple tree with apples all over it. Other reviews talk about the road and it smelling old. None of this was true at all. “This was a lovely eclectic home. The photos don’t do it justice. It was comfortable, warm and inviting and had everything we needed plus lots of movies, games, stuff for the kids. Best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. Location was central to Belfast/Camden area to the “south” as well as a short 30 minute drive to Blue Hill and on to Acadia if you’d like.
