“1/5 stars — Left a night early This room (20) was in rough shape. Several outlets didn’t work, which made it hard to charge anything or use the small appliances already in the room. The carpet by the door was soaking wet when we arrived, and combined with a musty, stale smell, it was obvious there’s an ongoing moisture problem. The mini fridge and microwave area was visibly stained and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We tried to air the room out, but the blinds on the one window……

“The location was perfect of our overnight birthday celebration. Lovely landing spot to end the day after exploring the peninsula. Easy to settle in, enjoy the view of the Bay while relaxing after enjoying a fun and satisfying dinner at Kitty’s. Hope to return for longer next time, now that we know where Westwood Shores Waterfront resort is!”

“The front desk staff and cleaning crew were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub areas were very clean and the continental breakfast was standard fare but very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and we required a roll-away bed which they produced without hesitation. You can tell this family takes great pride in their business. We’d absolutely stay here again.”
