Little Tybee Island Vacations from $818

I was very disappointed with our stay. We were traveling with our family for a weekend vacation, and our experience got off to a bad start. Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but our room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM. Waiting an extra hour and a half after the promised check-in time was frustrating and caused us to lose valuable vacation time. To make matters worse, we were charged an additional $40 per night for parking and access to the hotel’s amenities. Paying these extra fees after such a long delay felt unreasonable, especially since we didn’t receive the level of service we expected. For the price we paid, I expected much better organization and customer service. I hope the hotel improves its check-in process and is more considerate of guests’ time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Nice building and great staff. But, I’ll never stay there again. Way too much of a party atmosphere. The big thing is there is a nightclub on the roof of one of the hotel buildings that blasts club music until 1 AM. It’s so loud the bass shakes the room. The fact this isn’t mentioned during booking seems way out of line for a Marriott. We also had to call security because the room upstairs sounded like there was a fight going on, complete with screaming and banging on the exterior windows. I’m not whiny or overly sensitive, but the whole experience was weird. (to the credit of the staff, after I called security, they did take care of it pretty quick and the noise stopped in the room above us.) Like I said, weird environment for a Marriott and I won’t be back.

Southern hospitality at its best! All staff were amazing! Great location. Wonderful room.

Excellent staff, nice pool, comfy room. Valet parking ridiculously expensive and the only downside to this otherwise outstanding hotel!
