“The grape escape was an older house that has been done up beautifully. All the living spaces were clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were quick to reply to messages and help with any concerns. The property itself was situated within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops.”

“The Grapevine Inn provides the basics: a comfortable bed, a good shower, refrigerator & microwave in the room, and very convenient parking. You get this at a very reasonable price for this area. I asked about ice and the desk clerk got me as much as I needed; apparently guests do not have access to the ice machine itself. There was not a breakfast of any kind in the morning, but a variety of food vendors & restaurants are a short distance away. I knew this ahead of time so I brought my own……

“No one at the gated property. No check in instructions. Arrived at 4:03 on 3/13/26 for a three-night stay. I’ve used VRBO for over twenty years and this is the first time I couldn’t access the property. Had to book overpriced Holiday Inn Express rooms because of the Wine and Chocolate Festival I was attending and a huge youth baseball tournament which kept the hotel loud all night each night. There were very unusual circumstances leading to the owner not to be available for contact but I’m out……
