Greeted by very kind helpful staff in a clean modern environment. Nice hotel room, very quiet, comfy bed. Best water pressure in the shower!!! Easy walk to London bridge and tube station. Great stay!

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at Bermonds Locke. The rooms are well-appointed and inviting; the staff is incredibly helpful but low-key. We love the neighborhood and its proximity to London Bridge station, Borough Market, and Tate Modern. We'll keep coming back.

Property is very close to great restaurants and bars. However we found hair on the bed from the previous guests. While the hotel sent someone to change the sheets, we had to wait a day to get another room.

Dusty room asked then to clean it and there was still dust on the side table next to the bed. The room was cold and couldn’t turn up the heater. They tried to charge extra to clean the room and also would charge for a late checkout which is unusual. The bed and pillows also seem old and dusty. It was also noisy the music kept going on throughout the night in the outside area ans I could hear it in my room and couldn’t sleep

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The staff always had a friendly smile, the room was perfect (bed was a bit lumpy), there was a convenient store across the street that was open until midnight with plenty of other local pubs and pastry shops, and it was a 10-15 minute walk to the tube. We would definitely stay here again.
