Pratique proche du centre

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Toutes facilités à proximité (trains pour le centre, aéroport, commerces, bus ...). Hotel propre et de bon niveau. Une piscine chauffée ou jacuzzi compléterait les équipements fitness et de bien être.

Nice Hotel great for Waterloo station

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Cons: The Sky Bar timings
Great Hotel and is in a great place for the theatre and train station , My only criticism would be that the Sky bar shuts at 11 pm and the outside terrace witch is part of the sky bar witch looks fantastic ( but we couldn't go out ) shuts at 9 pm !!!! not great if you come back from a night out and want a drink with a nice view . Not sure of the reason for this but think they are missing out on a lot of revenue as that I would say is the SKY BAR not the one inside !!!!!

Very nice and modern hotel in top location

Posted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: 1 extra star for the great breakfast
The H10 is conviently located to Waterloo Station and other tube spots plus busses going into all directions. You are right in the middle of London and it is possible to reach the major attractions by feet or public transport. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are equipped with modern furniture and surprisingly large for local standards. You do not miss anything from the welcome drink to free coffees and a broad range of cosmetics in the rooms.

Good location.

Pros: Location. Great breakfast. Beautiful hotel. Great views.
Cons: Reception staff not always knowledgeable regarding city tours or attractions. They didn't function well for concierge services.
Walking distance to restaurants and Waterloo tube station. Very handy.

Best night sleep!

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: Bed, pillows, breakfast, view.
Cons: Size of room. No conditioner in room only shampoo and body wash.
Location: Waterloo train station is a 2min walk from exit 2 by Mcdonalds. The London Eye is about a 10min walk away.
Our one night stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was key and it was only a short walk along the main road from Waterloo train station out of exit 2 by Mcdonalds. A warm greeting and offered a glass of water or juice on arrival. We had asked for a high floor as had seen pictures of amazing views. We were lucky to get floor 12 the highest level over looking The Shard from a distance. On floor 8 was a bar open from 5.30pm til 11 pm with stunning views of the London Eye and a comfy decking area. Our room was a little small but adequate. Clean and the most comfortable bed and pillows we have ever experienced (and that's saying something as we travel alot). Breakfast was inc in our stay. Good choice of hot and cold selections. My favourite an egg station so you could have a freshly made omelette or scrambled egg etc. Easy check out and return to the satin. Very impressed with this hotel but quite expensive. If location is important this is a super base and only a 2min walk from Waterloo station.

Clean and easy stay

Posted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: Close to Waterloo if you don't mind a short walk. Rooms were very clean and with everything you would expect. Very comfortable beds
Only stayed for one night and room only. Check in was easy enough and offered a welcome drink which is a nice touch having just done the short walk from Waterloo station in warm weather. Room was compact but clean and enough space for two people to move around. Slightly odd bathroom door as it didn't meet all of the way down but it didn't face into the room so wasn't an issue just strange. The staff we meet were pleasant and happy to help.

Sympathique

Accueil impeccable, chambre nickel ,lit confortable, petit déjeuner excellent. Pas très loin du métro et des principaux sites a visiter. Points négatifs, la terrasse panoramique du skybar ferme trop tôt et c'est un petit bruyant la nuit mais tout en sachant que l'hôtel de situe en centre ville. Je le conseille vivement

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. We were extremely pleased with the hotel and it met our every need. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety. Our room was modern, clean and a good size. Location was good and it was very easy to use the tube.

Excellent hotel, great location

Location: Ideal for Waterloo station and the South Bank.
Stayed here at short notice after a theatre visit. It's a short walk from Waterloo, in a relatively quiet location. The staff are efficient (loved the welcome glass of cava), check-in was smooth, and the room perfect. It will become our first port of call for future overnighters in London.
