Weekend in London

This was our second stay st H10. Its close to transportation and walking distance to several important attractions. Breakfast which was included in our fee was enjoyable and offered a variety of selections. I think that if a guest has an early excursion or is departing before the breakfast hour they should have coffee or tea and muffins available. Especially when a breakfast fee was prepaid. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again on my next trip to London.

Lovely hotel

The hotel was in a great spot. Handy for tube stations. We visited the Imperial War Museum which is very close by. We also walked to Covent Garden past the Houses of Parliament. We had gone to London for the world athletics so the tube direct to Stratford was great. One disappointment was that we arrived late back on the Saturday from the Stadium to be informed that the roof terrace bar had closed at 11pm (it was about 10 past). So we weren't allowed in - we were guests at the hotel!!

Well placed to visit London attractions

Pros: Friendly attentive staff, modern building clean public areas and rooms with good facilities.
Location: Handy for Waterloo rail and underground, easily walkable to South Bank, London eye and Westminster Bridge.
Easily walkable to Waterloo rail and underground, bust stops pretty much right outside the hotel including London tour bus.

Nice stay in London Waterloo

Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Housekeeping
Location: Walking distance to Waterloo tube station. Restaurants and pubs nearby.
I just returned from a week stay at the H10. I found the staff to be very efficient, friendly and helpful. My room was well appointed and clean although smaller than what I expected. My only complaint was that the housekeeper would not always replace the towels that were used requiring us to call down and request them several times during our stay.

Nice Stay But...

Pros: Clean, comfortable, modern, breakfast buffet.
Cons: Handling customers' complaints.
We have been staying at the hotel for 6 nights. The hotel is welcoming and has a nice atmosphere. It is 5 minutes walk from Waterloo Station and accessible to everywhere in London. The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty and more than satisfying. The room was very clean and comfortable, however, the door of the shower was making awful noises, and we asked the receptionist to fix it every day. They claimed that the maintenance staff reported that the problem was fixed, but it hasn't. Even though we mentioned it twice a day and during the checkout, they didn't offer any compensation to make us feel better.

It was exallent, the hotel is very high level & exclusive. 1 think was not very good is the distance from the train station, almost 800m', about 10 minutes walking, few times we took taxi

very close to Waterloo station within 8 min walk. Also convenient to find sth to eat, for example Pret, Chinese takee-away, or food/stuffs from Sainbury, Tesco at the back of station

Good hotel near Waterloo

Very reasonable and nice hotel neat Waterloo Station and the Imperial War Museum. Excellent rooftop bar offers a brilliant view of the London eye.
