My experience with the staff was contrary to some of the reviews I read prior to my recent stay at the H10 London Waterloo which state that the staff was not attentive. I found the staff quite helpful - they provided assistance to book an excursion outside of London, and when a member of the group I was traveling with experienced a medical situation that required an ambulance, the staff immediately sprang into action. After I called the front desk, Security and another member of staff were at the room in a matter of minutes to assess the situation and call an ambulance. They remained in the room until the paramedics arrived. The actions of the staff were timely, professional and very much appreciated.

Great Location

Great location with accommodating staff. It was our anniversary and there were rose petals sprinkled on our bed and a bottle of champagne for us to enjoy. Walking distance from Waterloo station. Would stay here again.

bad communication and not top service

Pros: The bed was fantastic and the espresso machine in the room is great. The decor is great and good for sleep.
Cons: Fitness and health suit. Plus the communication of the staff. It's a bit like the hotel aren't that bothered anymore.
Location: Great location.
I was told to ask for the sauna to be turned on about 30mins before in the morning. The following morning when I called reception I was told it would take 2 hours to heat up meaning there was no point. I've used it last time I stayed and it's like a cupboard with a sauna and a shower in it next to the meeting room, it's not adequate at all, there is no changing room. Secondly I went to use the gym there were no cups in the water dispenser and the running machine was tired and old.

Thank you Anonymous for your comment, I am sorry that you feel like that. The sauna is experiencing problems to warm up that's why instead of the original 30 min it's taking far more. We say 2h to make sure it is at its highest temperature. I am sorry if the communication was not clear enough. Regarding the Health Suit, there should be water and glasses, and we check them on daily basis, I am sorry if there wasn't any on that occasion. Service very big room for improvement

I was here for 6 days with my family, the location was alright given Waterloo station is around 8 minutes walk away, and there's a bus station 1 minute away from the hotel which gives you access to almost anywhere you want to go. However, I think their hotel service is terrible. Their hotel reception never picked up any of my calls when I needed help from my room. As I was in London for an extreme important meeting, I asked the reception to help me book a taxi for a specific time. The receptionist actually refused my request and ask me to just come down 5 minutes before my departure time because "there will always be taxi and they are never late". This was not true as previously I have been to H10, which I've also asked them to call me a taxi, but no taxi came at last and I had to go onto Waterloo road and grab one myself. I just hope they can really respond to their customers request, and really brush up on their customer service skills (at least put up a smile during check-in or whatsoever). Overall the experience was only so-so, if you're here for a holiday, you really could do better!

Not recommended with this price! Pros: Very good location. 6 mins walk to Waterloo station Cons: The first staff I met was very friendly, however the second staff I met in the reception was not quite kind. When I got into the room, there were still COLA CAN and used BOXES in the room. The toothbrush was not provided in the second day I stayed. The bathroom was flooded after shower.

Great Boutique Hotel!!

Great Boutique Hotel!! My room was excellent with ceiling to floor windows with great views.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is an added bonus. Great view of the London Eye.
