Wonderful three night stay. Great location, smooth check in process. Luggage storage allowed per request. I was able check in early as long as a room was available for a slight fee but it was well worth it. Breakfast was great, clean room, comfortable bed.

Very good value for money in an excellent location. Very close to St James Park tube station and walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and Whitehall. The rooms are not as small as some of the reviews seem to say. The breakfast is quite acceptable and the location cannot be beaten. Open top buses stop right outside and the tube is a very short walk away.

Room was perfectly clean and perfectly sized for our needs. Air conditioning worked wonders and the dashboard behind the bed to control the lights and fans felt completely futuristic. Yes, objectively the rooms are small, but they’re not claustrophobic at all - we slept like babies and were super comfortable throughout our stay. You can’t beat the location either, steps away from Big Ben and Westminster Abbey and multiple Tube stops. Will stay here again anytime we’re in London.

Stating that the hotel’s location is good is a MASSIVE understatement!! This is the best location for a trip to central London! We walked everywhere and saw so much in 3 days. I would highly recommend this hotel! The pubs nearby (Blue Boar and The Sanctuary) had excellent dinner choices! I cannot say enough great things about our stay.

We didn’t do breakfast at the hotel. We thought the cost was too much. The room was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was small but ok for a short visit. The room was way too warm. Temperature control was practical non existent and very little air circulation. We give kudos to the hotel’s location. Close to the tube and bus routes.

Great location! Walkable to all many historical locations and close to the St James tube. Check-in was simple. We opted for the Superior or bigger room and although smaller than what we’re used to, was quite sufficient with a king bed. Room was a little dated but comfortable. Breakfast was affordable and had a variety of self serve options. We stayed 7 nights and staff was wonderful. Would come back.
