The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very nice as well. Keep in mind that there is no elevator and the stairs are very steep, and the room has no AC and only a small fan. Overall it was a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend.

Although the building is dated just like the carpet, the reception area and the single room i had with a private ensuite was great and extremely clean. It was great to be able to open a window for fresh air. I would stay here again.

Found a bed bug on a traveller's bag. It was on the hotel floor by the bathroom for the majority of the stay. Cleaners were in the room daily and staff was helpful throughout. Hotel is at a great location. Only given a 3/5 stars due to the bed bug. Unfortunately forgot to take a photo before informing the front staff.

Rooms are a little ‘tired’ but the cleanliness and maintaining of the rooms was good. It took a little while for the warm water for my shower to come through but it worked a treat once there.

I was only here for 1 night. Location was convenient for getting around. Close to Victoria station. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet it was a small room- but it worked for me. The staff were friendly and helpful and they accommodated my requests for a lower floor. I would definitely stay here again when in London.
