Great hotel to stay in … really quirky but no expense spared in its decor. Breakfast was great, fresh pastries with good selection. Very good position to the station.

Very good location and close to tube links. Great boutique style hotel and friendly staff. reasonably priced breakfast. The shower in the Large King room is very compact but functions well.

Excellent location, 2 mins walk from Kings Cross. Friendly check in staff and really clean well apointed room. Really cool sunken shower too.
The room was good, clean and comfortable.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
My room was in the basement, so I heard loud noises from the street level late at night which disturbed my sleep.
Food in the family residence was amazing. And on the house!

We had an amazing time. The room was very comfortable, stylish and silent enough to get a good night sleep. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious.
The staff was helpful and moved me to another room. My original room was in the basement. The room I found depressing.
No windows only an enclosed patio with no privacy. The reception area looked down into the patio and room. The floors above the room were wood and you could hear people walking above you at all times. The main hotel breakfast area/food area right above the room. This is the twin room with a patio/Expedia shows the patio as a yard which is wrong.
They offered me a suite with King size bed.
This was not a true suite. Very little room to move it did have a window, although much better than my first room I still found the room depressing. The colors are very dark.
The staff was kind and tried to do their best to accommodate me.
My stay was ok. The room is small but cleverly designed to offer the usual amenities. Great shower pressure and complimentary snacks in the room. Location was great and easy to catch my trip for onward travel.
I found it to be very noisy - between construction and all the movements of staff and guests you really don’t get much quiet time. Also found the mattress to be too soft and springy.

Comfortable, clean, convenient. Would stay here again!
Overnight trip. Have stayed here before - so convenient for Kings Cross / St Pancras but on a quiet square. Small but perfectly formed hotel with great staff
The hotel was new, chique, perfectly located close to St Pancras / Kings Cross and walking distance (30min) to Soho / Covent Garden areas. The bedrooms are well designed and amenities were plentiful. We will definitely return.
Hotel is in great location, 5 minute walk from Kings Cross station. Lovely room, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast.
Really nicely done room. Some minimal noise from other rooms as was in the basement, plus some rumbles from the tube trains which was quite comforting. Only minor issue was that my room fridge heated the drinks quite nicely. :D
Quirky little place on a quiet street in the middle of the hustle of Kings Cross. Loved the rooms and the odd character. It was charming and fun. Comfortable beds and everything you’d need.
