"New hotel with "growing pains". Chromecast did not work (and after requesting 3 times for help) the "fix" was to move to another room. Wet towels were folded and put with the clean towels by housekeeping. Multiple plugs around the room did not work. The ac blew directly on one side of the bed and was either hot or cold. The location was close to the art gallery and walkable to the pier. "

"Thought the Hotel was very nice. The customer service and concierge were outstanding. I did not use the pool. Thought the breakfast was lacking. It’s a buffet but has no eggs prepared. You have to order eggs as part of a more expensive breakfast. The problem comes when you’re in a hurry to catch an early tour or transport and you don’t have time for à la carte. "
