"New hotel with "growing pains". Chromecast did not work (and after requesting 3 times for help) the "fix" was to move to another room. Wet towels were folded and put with the clean towels by housekeeping. Multiple plugs around the room did not work. The ac blew directly on one side of the bed and was either hot or cold. The location was close to the art gallery and walkable to the pier. "

Kept ssrvjng fruit, danish from 2 days prior. Did not clean used plates off our table & quality of food sub par. Have stayed at other 5 star hotels recently which this one does not even compare. The hotel needs to be renovated & i would only give it 3 stad at best."

"Beautiful, comfortable, centrally located hotel. Very good breakfast. The only thing negative I would say is that the hotel had an cyber security incident which resulted in guest data being compromised. The front staff wasn’t able to address the incident or able to provide assurances that data was now secure. "
