"The room was not what I had ordered. It was a Queen/full… not a King. There was barely enough space in the room to walk. The breakfast setup was bizarre. You had to pay but then go down to the lobby to get in line to go back up to floor 5. Then you had to wait in line to proceed, then wait in line again to be seated. Food was good. I’ll say that much. What was not good was only cool water in AM for shower. What was very bad was the Air Conditioning and heat system. When it came on it sounded as if a nice small Gulfstream Jet was reving up and taking off…. 5x in one night. I gave the Hotel a chance. Never again."
