“Copious amounts of dust and human hair from all parts of the body were left around the room. Upon arrival, I grabbed a shower towel that had pubes stuck to them. Underneath the bed was caked with dust and candy was melted to our floor.”

“This hotel is below mediocre. Upon entering our room, we discovered someone else's clothing left behind the couch. The room's telephone was broken; the connecting wire was torn, so we couldn't even use the phone to call the front desk to address this issue. We told the front desk and they simply came in, laughed, and took the clothes. The next morning, we requested the room to be refreshed and then left for a few hours. We returned in the afternoon and no one cleaned our room. We brought this……
