"A big win for me was that the room has a lot of overhead recessed lighting, so you can see when you would like to see. It also has several options for bedside lighting. The light around the makeup mirror is adequate for a person to apply makeup. The facility offered complementary s’mores by the fire pit, which we enjoyed briefly until the rain. It had everything we needed!"

"The outside property is so beautiful. Rochelle keeps the grounds so quaint and gorgeous. Inside is so nostalgic and brings you back to simpler times. We only stayed 1 night. Hot water and great water pressure for a wonderful shower after a long hike. We had a terrace outside our room which the sun rises. Comfortable bed. Delicious fresh breakfast. You can't beat the price. This place is truly a gem. I definitely recommend. But book quickly or you'll miss out."

"Honestly ive stayed at a couple places in Duck Creek and this is by far the best stay we've had. It was definitely a little more older, had a very rustic vibe. The stairs were a little sketchy but the upstairs area was awesome! The bathrooms were clean and the beds super comfy. The place was definitely hidden in the trees but thats why we loved it so much. Honestly amazing house and the property is beautiful. We enjoyed every bit and hope to go back. Maybe consider adding a little notebook for people to write in about their stay! Overall though best experience yet"
