"The decor of the cottage was stunning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade. A few minor tweaks needed to make this a top class stay. Hairdryer and remote control not working correctly - both need replaced. Sofa was not very comfortable cushions were flat and worn. "Hollybank was clean, comfortable, quiet and we had an excellent stay. The welcome scones and eggs were greatly appreciated and it was easy to find and get in. We were looking for a home from home for ourselves and our dog whilst we had some work done on our house and Hollybank was perfect for that. We found everything we needed in the house and the local dog walks are wonderful. Thanks!"
