"Beautiful place to stay! Seeing elk everywhere was amazing. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We stayed in the Rainbow Lodge in the equivalent of a dorm room. That was ok. It’s kind of a noisy facility with lots of school groups staying there. We were on the 1st floor and heard lots of people getting mobilized starting at 5:45 AM each morning. We ate in the buffet dining room one night. The food was basic school cafeteria fare. Our facilities highlights included getting good massages at the spa and using the gym to play basketball. There are lots of scheduled activities but because we stayed in late September, many of them were unavailable to us. Still the rustic nature provided the retreat we were looking for!"

"The hotel was in a convenient location near downtown. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The staff was courteous. Otherwise, the hotel was dated and needs upgrades. The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain the water and the tile floor in there was grimey."
