I’m he front door didn’t close right The buzzer to get in was inconvenient The check in took 30mins when we were told we could arrive late And when went for a smoke there was a homeless man standing in front of the door which made it so I couldn’t leave until he moved When we checked out We didn’t get refund back like it said we would on line - poor
