"The staff was friendly at Ramada. The room was clean, the air conditioning was perfect.. the Continental breakfast was nice and simple. The gentleman that was attending in the breakfast area had great customer service. I will be back."

"I understand this is an older building, but age is not an excuse for the condition, cleanliness, or safety of this property. At check-in, guests are required to initial multiple non-refundable forms. After experiencing the room, it’s clear why. There was visible black mold in multiple corners, along with constant condensation on the windows and A/C unit. The room felt damp the entire time. The air conditioning is an extremely loud, outdated swamp cooler, and guests are instructed not to turn it off or the humidity worsens. So you are forced to choose between constant noise or a wet, uncomfortable environment. The overall condition of the room reflected long-term neglect. The bed base was visibly stained, appliances were rusted and worn, and surfaces did not appear properly cleaned. Cleanliness practices were also concerning. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign provided, and housekeeping entered the room without any notice. When they did “clean,” they did not replace the bedding, they simply put the same bedding back on the bed. That is unacceptable. Safety was another major issue. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel secure. The door did not properly latch and could be pushed open, which is a serious concern. Basic amenities were handled poorly. The room included a coffee maker, but only decaf coffee was provided. When I called the front desk, I was told I had to come downstairs to get regular coffee myself. The worst I’ve stayed in."
