“Un buen lugar pero tiene que mejorar mucho la habitación muy linda pero no muy limpia y solo te dan 2 toallas de baño para 4 personas referente a la comida NO tienen mucha variedad y si te gusta algo y llegas tarde te quedas sin comer lo y el personal son muy pocos los que te atienden sin actitud tampoco lo recomiendo para personas en sillas de ruedas se pasa mucho trabajo para llegar a los lugares y tampoco recomiendo el restaurante italiano ”

“Beautiful hotel complex. The pictures don't do it justice in terms of how spacious and well designed/ kept the property is. The beach is a fairly decent walk from the hotel- about 10minutes. It's a nice walk but something to know if you think it's going to be on your doorstep. Lots of beautiful restaurants. Pools were great, esp with young kids as there were shallow areas in all 3 of the pools. Lovely breakfast. The chief concierge was really helpful and accommodating with our requests, eg for……

“The most beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing location! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the included breakfast was truly top tier, absolutely delicious. The only downside was that I didn’t receive the room I originally booked, and although I was told I’d be upgraded, that didn’t happen. Since I was out most of the day, I didn’t go back to the lobby to sort it out. That said, the bed and pillows alone were worth the stay.....so comfortable! I would definitely return.”

No tuve necesidad de usarlo, me incluía desayuno el cual era más que suficiente. La atención de José Luis en el buffet fue maravillosa. La ubicación es perfecta, a unos pasos de la plaza Colón y cerca de todo lo turístico en Santo Domingo. Tiene estacionamiento lo cual es una gran ventaja considerando las reducidas calles de la zona colonial.”
