This home sits in the back of a large track of homes, with a completely fenced private yard , and a mature shade tree that provides a quiet home.
The property offers a landscaped front yard with a smoker and gas or charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. There is a table chairs and an umbrella to sit back and relax.

The home is bright, airy, and immediately comfortable. The interiors have been beautifully furnished.

Located next door to an appointment-based driver service and just a mile away from any and every shopping need you could imagine. Walk trails are close by and caverns under the city to explore. And for those of you that enjoy the adult beverage, this is the heart of bourbon country, you will enjoy the bourbon and wine tour. Flyers are in the house with the surrounding areas things to do, kid friendly and adult fun as well. Next door is an by appointment driver if you need a ride back and forth to the Derby and all the downtowns festivities. His card is on the table. We hope to see you soon.
