This 3B/1b cottage was designed with the racing enthusiast in mind. A 5min, 2 furlong walk to the Queen Gate entrance, you'll be delighted to avoid all the traffic. No designated driver needed.

The main floor includes a cozy Living Room, staple-stocked Kitchen, Full Bath, and two Queen Bedrooms. There are outdoor spaces in front and back if you want to sit and enjoy the neighborhood. Upstairs, there is a King Bedroom with an electric fireplace, a work area, and a sitting room to complete the suite. If needed, the couch in that room is a Queen sleeper sofa that can be used by extra guests.

You are guaranteed 1 off-street parking spot. Additional cars must find street parking. Guests will not have access to the basement.
