It is also close to the Phillips Collection, which we love. The kitchen was quite well stocked, with all the cookware and dishes we needed and even oil, vinegar and some spices in the pantry. A good washer and dryer are right outside the front door of the apartment (in a closet) , with a cleaners downstairs if you are not inclined to do your own...

I communicated with the owner and he got back to me quickly which is appreciated.The kitchen has everything you need, but as there is no ice maker, there was a bag of ice already there which was great to see. The BR does not have a TV, but the bed is super comfy. Quite a bit of road noise from the open window, I used 2 fans to drown out the noise. However noise is minimal when window is closed (but must be a fire station near by - heard quite a few...
