This place is amazing. We were a very late arrival and they were more than generous getting us in. Very peaceful and clean. Located about 10 minutes from everything! We will stay here again the next time we are in town.

This was a very comfortable and lovely accommodation for me and my two siblings. Very easy walk to Market for morning breakfast and lunch. Easy access to trolley for French Quarters, Riverwalk and Casino. This neighborhood is surrounded by great place to eat, enjoy live music. The great New Orleans feeling at home by manager Will is fantastic. To Joshua, owner of BLUE60 Guest house, my family and I love your place. We will be back here for owner stays in New Orleans’s.

Highly recommend this property. I traveled with my 15 year old and felt completely safe. The property is gated with access to doors and gate with key that is downloaded to your phone. It has coffee and tea station. The room is super clean, bed was very comfortable, cold a/c with shutter blinds for full privacy. We did have to use the stairs and access from the beautiful private patio from outside. The pizza place next door has great pizza! The green line passes right in front of the property and...

If you want to TRULY experience New Orleans, a night at the Royal Barracks Guest House is an absolute must! We stayed in the Gothic Room , which was accessible through the back courtyard. It had an ambience that was one part cozy, one part pristine, one part creepy (in a fun way). The manager/owner, Kelly, was a terrific host. She offered us a glass of wine and invited us to sit on her porch with her puppy dogs. We had a great time and give it our fullest endorsement.

The staff was always there to point us in right direction, helpful, polite. Lobby bar. Piano player every night. Patio. Ghosts:)
