“We arrived at the Inn to find that we had no reservation even though I received a confirmation email from both Expedia and Aspen Inn. The Inn was fully booked with one room that was not scheduled to be cleaned until the next day. They cleaned that room for us and honoured the price we had gotten from Expedia even though they had no record of that reservation. I can't say enough good things about the manager and staff.”
