“Poor sound insulation ”

“Room was clean, staff were very personable and nice, breakfast ok but nothing my child would eat. Parking was great and easy. ”

“1st Staff was s sweet as pie, this goes beyond them, our room was suppose to be an ADA unit where you have a walk in shower, Oh I got that, But now I have a toilet designed for a child sitting on the ground HOW does a person with a bad back sit on that? to enjoy my weekend, I had to an purchase a raised seat. Oh I went down to ask f this was their ADA unit, and I was told if you wanted a walk in shower No,thier ADA unit has a tub, WHAT? You are kidding me, Right? Now both breakfast and dinner……

“Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. It’s jarring going from the smelly dark hallways into the apartment. Parking is pricey and I saw people camped out/possibly living in the garage on two occasions. The neighborhood is mixed-……

“The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!”
