“The room was very quiet but we found the bed to be so very soft that we didn't have a very good sleep. We only stayed one night, and the airport shuttle provided by the hotel was very convenient.”

“Clean room, breakfast can be improved by providing a more food dishes instead of so many pastries.”

“Fantastic service but location is too remote Every single attraction in Madrid is at least 15 mins away by taxi or 30 mins by public transport. Prices were comparable with central hotels, so there is little incentive to stay here. Sound proof is lacking and there was not much facility to speak of. Definitely felt closer to a 3 star hotel ”

“总体来讲，是物有所值的。酒店在斗牛场附近，交通比较方便，周围还有2个很好的超市，打车上快速干道也很方便。房间够大，床很舒适，缺点是冰箱似乎不怎么制冷，没有烧水壶。早餐很好，丰富而且精致。”

“It's good size for one person, could be tight for two. It's very well located between Royal Palace and Prado Museum, all within 20min. of walk. Around hotel there were many resturants and a minimarket for fruits, yoguts ect.. You need to ask toothbrush+paste, tissue when you checkin. One block from the main street, it's quiet. Overall it is a good place for the money”

“Elevators didn’t work, we had to carry our luggage 3 floors upstairs and bring it down too. There are no bathrooms in the lobby.”
