“What a gem of a place! Everything about the Olde Bell inn is superb, from easy check in to knowledgeable staff, beautiful surroundings, old and unspoiled decor (beams and floors). The accommodation was comfortable and spotless, towels weren’t changed everyday but we were told if we wanted them changed to just ask. The food in the restaurant is excellent with something to cater for everyone’s taste. The location is central for Henley on Thames, Marlow and Windsor, a drive into maidenhead would……

“It did surprise me, the quality of the food was very good and delicious. The service in the restaurant is high quality, friendly and happy to help you. Dining can be discounted if you are staying at the same time.”

“Edward and Caroline are very friendly and the barn delivers on feeling historical. The bathroom amenities are very nice, and that it's walkable to Cookham's high street is quite nice, and I appreciated having tea and juice. It was important to me to have parking onsite - and the parking is actually on the road (I normally drive on the opposite side of the road and wanted to have the simplest of parking experiences). Communication was easy when Edward was outside working, but communication……

“Roseleigh Cottage is a lovely little house. It is ideally situated in central Cookham a stones throw from the Thames tow path and close to a range of pubs and other places to eat. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay as did our dog who appreciated the many walks thereabouts.”
