"For a lot of the rooms you pretty much gotta have a car if you have kids. Our room had to be the farthest from one of the gates and if we didn’t rent a car it would have been a real problem getting any ride shares to go anywhere. But the resort itself was very clean and great condition. The food we ate was good. The whole charging to park when the room was so far was a little ridiculous though."

"This Hotel is beautiful and so convenient, has a private entrance for guest going to Volcano bay. I went to Halloween Horror Nights and was able to enter the park early. Also, late Nite munchies menu after HHN was a total success, food was good and hot :) I will definitely go back to Cabana Bay."

"this was a great budget resort for a trip to Universal. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. We would have liked a restaurant or more food options on the premises but aside from that it was a great stay. Did get a little loud in the room when the room next door was a bit loud at night, we had an adjoining room so we could hear them through the adjoining door. Bus ride to the park was quick and easy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"It is a very nice but expensive vacation. If traveling with a large family, multiple families, or a large group it can be affordable. I would recommend having your own snacks and beverages because they are pricey with gratuity added on every purchase. It was a wonderful stay enjoyed by all."
