“English Complaint Draft The curtains offer poor sunshade. Sunlight comes through clearly at 6 a.m., and they cannot be fully closed. The old-fashioned air conditioner is extremely noisy. There are also cockroaches in the room. What's more, parking fees are charged in advance, yet we are told there are no available parking spaces. “The unit is adequate, but could be better. The kitchen was missing pots and knives, the fan and AC vents need to be cleaned. Owner sent wrong wifi info, but quickly corrected that by text after checkin. Other messages/questions weren't answered quickly. Noisy neighbors on the weekend. ”

“staffs were nice and helpful. But the hotel itself was old, bedding was clean but too small couldn’t fit the king size bed. The room has very poor soundproofing, and noises from the hallway can be clearly heard. The facilities are outdated and do not justify the $400+ per night rate.”

“The unit looks brand new. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed on the Big Island. The location is great since it is in the middle of downtown Kona. We were able enjoy the downtown without the usual hassle of finding a place to park the car.”

“In the heart of downtown, lots of restaurants and shops. Right on the beach. Room had everything needed for cooking, AC worked very well”
