“I would avoid. We turned up for our booking and our room wasn’t ready , although our names were on the board in reception. The staff didn’t seem apologetic even though we had arrived there at 7pm and they had all day to contact us to say there had been a mess up with the bookings . I’ve also read this had happened to other people . He hesitantly got us another room at a hotel which wasn’t as nice and not what we paid for. He told us to come back at 2 pm the next day for our room so we’ve now……
