"The hotel is excellent but some of the guests let our experience down. The area is definitely moving towards an Ibiza vibe. We were on our balcony when an “excited”naked young man came out onto the balcony while his friends in the courtyard cheered him on for getting “lucky”, I assume the lady involved was the one who appeared on the balcony later to cheers. That night at “seed” restaurant we watched a group of young men in the hotel courtyard get high from nitrous oxide."

"Hotel rooms dated and in need of refurbishment. Air conditioning very loud and turning itself on and off. Lots of noise from neighbouring rooms. No mention when booking of all the building work next to the hotel. However, spa and pool facilities were very good and the breakfasts and staff were excellent"

"Breakfast buffet was fresh and extensive. The food in the restaurants was well priced and of high quality. The whole complex was extremely clean and well staffed. "

"Breakfast is excellent a really good choice and well stocked. The room was spacious and had everything we needed the down side of the room was a silly blue motion sensor light that goes off all the time and really disrupts sleep. The robes need replacing a bit rough and old. It says there is a 24 hour shuttle from airport when I booked but there is not. What was disappointing is the indoor pool and outdoor pool are managed by another provider and they let you know. No robes or slippers in the spa for hotel guests a massive cockroach in the sauna not even a sorry. Quite a long walk through basement to indoor pool so make sure you collect your towel from reception this was a bit of a pain. You also have to book your sun lounger a day ahead. The beachfront hotel guests aren’t allowed in the front rows or around the pool that’s reserved for everyone else so didn’t feel like a five star. Tea and coffee provided in room but no biscuits but a nice chocolate and a turndown service. "

"Lovely hotel to stay. You got everything in this place. I booked for a room with seaview. It was fantastic. Downside is the toilet smells. Otherwise, everything is brilliant "
