"This place boasts stunning grounds! If you're a bird watcher, you'll love spending time on the porch, soaking in the sights and sounds. A vehicle is definitely handy for exploring the nearby malls and fascinating historical sites. Inside, we enjoyed the comfort of an air conditioning unit, microwave, and a little refrigerator, all surrounded by inviting sliding glass doors that let in plenty of natural light.One tip for light sleepers: consider bringing an eye mask, as the curtains don't fully block out the morning sun. The studio may be small, but we found it to be just right for our needs, and we were genuinely happy during our stay. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home, even greeting us upon our late arrival and respecting our privacy.Just a quick note: avoid running the hair dryer and air conditioner at the same time—you might trip the fuse! "We had to fly to the Kona area due to a family emergency. The staff was wonderful in accommodating our schedule. I was able to work at the condo while my wife was with her family. "

"Loved the place. Grocery store within walking distance. The place was very clean and inviting. Loved the fact that the place was well supplied with essentials, bath supplies, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies. So many times when using vrbo the supplies are minimal. We really enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course. The beds were comfortable and the linen supplies plentiful. Nice layout. Would stay again. Host very resposive and friendly."

"Great location. We wanted seclusion and it did not disappoint. I see some reviews complaining about the road to the house but that is what I loved. The connecting road is a little steep and bumpy but to get away from the crowds or tourists' areas, I can put up with a little rough road. We rented a Jeep because we planned on going to hard-to-reach beaches, etc., and did not have any problems. I do have to mention that the description of the property is not correct on the Vrbo page. The very first words in the listing says, "Entire house", which is not entirely true. There are other people that live in the house on the first level. However, the care takers that live there are very nice people and helpful. They were helpful in getting us in the house because the door lock code that was sent to us was wrong/old. In addition, the book of instructions inside the house also has an expired code. These are all minor things that did not cramp our style at all.Thanks "
