“Hot tub was broken and seems to have been for awhile, obviously this is an important feature to be missing. Some of the extras like chairs and umbrellas are not in great condition, although they were nice to have. The breakfast offerings were fine although I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms and showers were good. Our room, the Hibiscus suite, was very nice with a comfy bed and pillows and a mini fridge. “Beautiful hotel.We noticed a great deal of attention to detail.The animals were wonderful.Setting was peaceful.There was one issue.I asked the day before arrival if I could check in at 2 since we had an excursion starting at 4.Josh was at a graduation but we called him and he was able to give us the code.We dropped off our things and left.We returned at 11 pm and noticed the room had only 1 bed.We registered as a group of 3.There were only 2 towels.I didn't want to bother anyone so late so my……

“This place is unique, and the huge trees on the property are amazing. You can pick your own fruit and macadamia nuts even, and keep or eat them. The set up of the "common area" is a bit odd, with the main room being part of the hostesses house. The pictures of the beautiful kitchen that I saw in the listing was very misleading, as the kitchen is 100% hands off, guests are not allowed to touch it. Which was really weird and not welcoming, and odd that you can be right next to the hosts personal……

"English Complaint Draft The curtains offer poor sunshade. Sunlight comes through clearly at 6 a.m., and they cannot be fully closed. The old-fashioned air conditioner is extremely noisy. There are also cockroaches in the room. What's more, parking fees are charged in advance, yet we are told there are no available parking spaces. Do you need me to simplify this into a shorter version, or a more conversational version?"

"I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we eventually got clean linens, the unprofessional attitude and lack of basic hygiene standards made for a very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness."
