“The hotel is good but the room we get has to many problems on the bathroom, The shower is very small and with very little water pressure it is very difficult to take showers, the sink was plugged and they took more the two days to fix it. we found out have cockroaches. The fridge was not working good. They don’t have service of recollection of garbage so we have to take care of it”

“Beautiful grounds, great pools, and responsive staff. Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Location great, too (food trucks and grocery store across the street). My only complaint are the beds—primary bed needs to be replaced and the sofa bed is pretty uncomfortable (maybe add a mattress topper for comfort?). Overall, a great experience!”

“The property and grounds are beautiful, and most staff members were friendly and welcoming. The beds, including the pull-out couch, were comfortable, and the living area was clean. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues. The bathtub was not cleaned properly to the point that our family wore shower slides while showering. The room also felt dated, and the sink leaked. Since we were only there for two nights, these issues were manageable, but we would not choose this resort for a...
