"Room was how it appeared in the photos. Maybe even larger than I expected. Parking is a bit tricky. There are a lot of garage entrances around the building so I had to circle it once before I found the correct entrance. Also specific slots on 4 and 5 were full when we got there. I checked with the desk and learned that I could park between 6 and 9 on unmarked spaces so that was helpful. Patio area was really unique and inviting. Too bad the weather most days I was there was cold and rainy. The breakfast in the morning was good. Good variety and quality of food. I am glad I booked this hotel. Definitely worth it."

" The options available were repetitive, minimal, and not particularly appealing. If you’re expecting a diverse or fresh breakfast to start your day, this isn’t the place that will deliver it. Overall, the experience didn’t match the standard I’ve come to expect from Hyatt properties."

"Some interesting characters at this hotel. Nowhere was it stated that it was basically a motel. Holes in the shower curtain and someone’s toenail on the carpet. A moth was also in the room right while I checked in. Sketchy "

"When I went to check in nothing was explained. As someone who has worked at a hotel before, the staff should tell you the time of checkout, the parking situation, and the hotels amenities. When I asked I was met with attitude. Our TVs weren’t working either with Netflix or Disney+. There was no Internet connection. Overall it was an unpleasant stay. "

"Room was clean and in good condition. The lobby and outside area was well kept as well. The staff were helpful and the shuttle driver was very friendly. Location was very convenient and close to airport. We would definitely stay again in the future."
