"The royal orchid, one hotel has always been my go to hotel when visiting Guam. I have noticed over the years that the hotel is that a rundown state. Upon check in I was greeted with a very warm and welcoming staff. Very kind and professional. We checked into our 1st room (#636) as we started to settle in I saw a small roach on the floor and killed. When I opened the refrigerator to place beverages multiple roaches of various sizes came out of the cabinet the refrigerator was in. I immediately went back down and requested for another room which they did accommodate without any issues. We were able to inspect the roomand was assisted by staff moving from one room to the other. During our stay in that room (#606) we did not encounter any roaches until we were gathering our belongings to checkout. A roach was crawling on the restroom mirror. That was the last straw for me. I will never stay there again due to the lack of care. There is clearly an infestation. Very Unfortunate. "
