Non smoking should be no smoking on premises..had to walk thru cloud of smoke at entrance And clean up the cigarette butts

Windows were pretty grimy, the walls are really thin where I could hear full on conversations of the people next door, and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and a bit unsightly. Also there was no coffee options for when the Starbucks closed which was a bit disappointing. The towels and robe were starchy. One of the bottles in the shower was empty.

The staff activated a key and gave it to someone and they walked in my room that was insane
