“Host was responsive to messages. I had an issue with the lock box that was brought to their attention and wasn't fixed. Although my stay was very short, so maybe there wasnt enough time to fix the battery issue. This is a basement apartment so you can hear the host family as mentioned in the listing. "We stayed at a historic hotel near Pikes Peak, and it truly felt like stepping back in time. The property is full of vintage charm and classic character. While the atmosphere has an old-fashioned feel, everything — from the surroundings and room cleanliness to the attentive service — made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily return again. The nearby Old Town area is unique and full of character, perfect for strolling and exploring. Our favorite spot was Manitou Brewing Company, where we enjoyed a fantastic Bingo night and made some great memories."
