“The host left minimal messages & it seemed there were hours between replies. Not sure if it was partly because I had trouble navigating the Vrbo site.The apt was cozy, but a few things were unclear or a small issue.”

Its a long journey up the stairs to the top of the rental unit. Living with multiple sclerosis, I specifically called the Host prior to the booking to confirm the property was accessible. I was told, "there is a few steps to the house." There is no way for a person with a disability could even climb……
