“Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Alexander was disappointing. Communication upon arrival was practically nonexistent. We were given no information about housekeeping, parking, the Wi-Fi password, or even how the continental breakfast worked. We learned that rooms are not serviced unless housekeeping is specifically requested. Even after requesting service a second time, our room was still not cleaned. After spending the day hiking, we were looking forward to coming back to a made bed, emptied……

“There was a mouse in the hotel restaurant, the room was so hot and humid that we had to keep the room at 60 degrees and that didn’t help, rotten hard boiled eggs at breakfast, curdled oat milk at breakfast. Was offered a partial reimbursement but because I booked with Expedia I didn’t qualify. Was offered Choice Hotel points for a one night stay that I never got!”

“Es demasiado costoso la noche, mala limpieza, problemas de ruido con las neveras y el aire no funcionaba me cambiaron 1 vez de habitación y fue lo mismo. Pedí abanico y solo tenían 3 para todo el hotel y ya habían dado a otros huéspedes. Fatal, no tiene ni desayuno, no dan ni agua de cortesía. El Netflix lo tiene bloqueado. No lo recomiendo”

“The room was smelled unpleasant. The carpet in our room was stained and sticky. The walls in our room have taken a beating and need at least a fresh coat of paint, as does the windowsill. There was something that looked gross on the top of the room refrigerator. The shower water came out as a trickle. We checked out after one night of a 3-night stay.”

“Super cute house. Small kitchen but well equipped. There is also a HUGE pantry area with several tables you could use for prepping if needed. Large dining table and a living room with 2 couches fornplenty of space. Upstairs bathroom is very small but convenient for nighttime use, while the downstairs bathroom is huge with a great showerhead/tub. Cute park across the alleyway. The baseball fields and tennis courts are the closest and it was very quiet while we were there. Great……
