“( there are multiple units in the building). The good- the air conditioning is A+, there are plenty of fans, and everything is spotless. Like, so clean it seemed brand new. The bad- there is definitely a weird smell, but it’s more new rug from Amazon or temu kind of chemical weird than ‘dirty’. Also, there is a construction project going on across the street; the property owner will message you about it the day before your trip like it’s a surprise, but there is an entire drawer full of earplugs……
