“Hosts are very friendly and responsive and also very respectful of privacy. Location is central to a lot of great things. We did a day trip to Kamloops, spent time in Vancouver and Langley, did some amazing shorter hikes in the area, visited Golden Ears Park.The facility is amazing! All the supplies you need, and the atmosphere and grounds are stunning. We ended up just hanging out there for a couple of days reading on the deck over the rushing river. Fabulous!”

“Chose this hotel coming into the Lower Mainland from the interior: far exceeded expectations. Arriving early, Christiane at the desk noted our Gold Status & arranged an upgrade to a room ready at 1 pm (so appreciated as we were road weary!) The 4th floor room was quiet, very spacious, with an excellent king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Starbucks coffee pods. “Stay was good. The only thing was the multilevel stairs going down to the back of the property to enter it. I was fine but my senior friend had a little more difficulty navigating with luggage. The property seems to be on a bit of a slant. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed for a one night stay.”

Poor Customer Services

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
