The balcony also boasts ceiling fans, beach chairs, and a convenient outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals alfresco. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials to fix beach snacks and delicious full-course meals for the group. There is even a Keurig coffee maker to start your day with all the energy you could need! You'll love being located in Duck Key and only a short walk to up and coming marina area.

This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. Your reservation is through Vacasa and not through Hawks Cay Resort, therefore, you do not have access to some amenities offered by Hawks Cay Resort (including all resort pools). It is your responsibility as a Vacasa guest to determine what if any Hawks Cay Resort amenities are available to you. A daily resort fee for access to Hawks Cay Resort amenities is not offered by Hawks Cay Resort.
As a guest of this vacation rental, you can enjoy access to Angler & Ale, Sixty-One Prime, Dolphin Connection (with pre-purchased tickets/must purchase prior to being inside the resort), Calm Waters Spa, Duck Key Marina, and fishing charters at the Marina).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Good value vs the resort
The elevator was out for last couple of days, lots of toilet issues but they dutifully came out to fix them. We were late on check out by 40 mins. Staff had to wait.

The property was nice and comfortable. Just a few things that I would recommend. The chairs on the lanai were very aged and sagging to the point they were difficult to sit in. Also the bathrooms were supplied with tiny soaps and the dispensers in the showers were empty. Again, comfortable villa but thought I would share those few items. Thanks, Mike Uselton

Clean location. Good views. Enjoyed our stay. Could have used more garbage bags and other basics. Would have liked to see more towels in main bathroom instead of grabbing from hall bathroom. Not a lot to complain about. Thanks.

Over all it was ok but the description of the half bath is incorrect. Only 2 bathrooms. There is no half bath in the unit. To call someone with issues took a long time.

no washer/dryer and not notified before arrival garbage disposal broken outdated furnishing
no washer/dryer with no previous notification so unable wash clothes or towels ,only 1 kitchen garbage bag for 6 days, 1 roll of paper towels, no broom to sweep, garbagecdisposall broken,weak water pressure,,outdated furniture,,vacuum cleaner barely worked when you pay $$$ for a family vacation you want everything just right but it wasn't, called vacassa 3 times to discuss our issues but concern from vacassa was "that is the way it is"... the apartment location was very nice and the place is spacious and has potentisl to be 5 star property but it wasn't for us
