Staff was pleasant, hotel is a beautiful mix of old glamour and modern touches. Breakfast at the Inn is not grand but it serves its purpose. I will definitely stay here for my next visit. So glad I didn’t choose Sure Stay or Quality Inn…

I was told at check-in that there is a national towel shortage and asked if I would be needing any during my stay. I told them I would. They also do not offer housekeeping services. Room was clean upon arrival, but pretty sure floors haven't been mopped in a while because the bottom of my feet quickly became black after taking off my shoes. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never brought fresh towels. Guests upstairs were noisy and had children running around all night. I'm not sure what could have been done about that, I just mention it so you can keep it in mind when choosing your room. The signage indicated that it had recently been renovated. As far as location, it was convenient to shopping and restaurants and would be fine for a night, but I wouldn't recommend for an extended stay.

the room itself was not bad, but the floor was very dirty. there was and over amount of foot traffic all through the night. It was impossible to get any sleep. the next day when we returned to the room at 5:30 in the evening, the room had not been attended to, no trash emptying, no bed made, no fresh towels. We got our things and left, we could not spend another night in this place.

Holes in the wall, flies in the room, floors dirty, couch dirty. Don’t bother, too many other options nearby.
