“Lobby was fine and breakfast area was very clean. Room was clean but could definitely use an update, everything just seemed old and well used. ”

“A call to the fire marshal is next on my agenda. No smoke detector in the room (I have photos) no screens on the 2nd floor windows - (definitely a hazard) Not sure how anyone can say this place is up to code. Pretty run down building. They updated the shower in our room (newer - tile) but saved money by reusing their Toilet Paper dispenser from 1980 (full of rust). Just not up to par.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything that we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. This resort offers a lot of great amenities and we really enjoyed our Expedia VIP treatment. ”

“The room didn't appear especially clean. There were stains on the comforter and a few on the sheets, but nothing that seemed new. Just permanently stained. Fan cover in the bathroom ceiling was missing and cracks in the ceiling. Air conditioner was working. Although the room did seem warm. Overall, it wasn't terrible just not completely updated.”

“The room was clean but had roaches ….the bathroom door was off the hinges and the light didn’t work”

“The room had cockroaches in both bathrooms. The secondary bathroom had no hot water.. called the front desk was told that somebody would come at 7:30 AM. Nobody ever showed up. We rented a cabana for Friday and Saturday. Could not use the TV because of no remote asked front desk several times for one never received one.. the fan was broke and we had to leave each day at 2 o’clock due to the landscapers working directly behind our heads with power tools. ”

“The man who checked us in was incredibly rude. We felt very unsafe. At 11:30 pm someone was repeatedly knocking on our door asking us if his wallet was in our room. The fridge, sink and shower were in poor shape. The two little cloths they provide could not be called bath towels. It was our worst motel experience. ”
