“Now one of favourite hotels in uk. Staff made a special effort for my partners birthday and hotel and grounds are stunningly beautiful. Spa was great as was the food. Probably the tastiest sole I've had. Eating out in uk is too expensive nowadays but this was worth it”

“The worst service. Location is a 30 minute walk away from High Street. Amenities were slim and poorly maintained. The restaurant is highly priced for food, coffee and beverages that aren't close to being freshly made. Some of the breakfast items were microwaved packages food, yet the cost was premium. Wi-fi is spotty around the grounds. Staff is truly unhelpful in every regard and will not go out of their way to assist you during your stay. There were many times that we asked for basic things,……
