“Wir waren vier Nächte im Kosta Palace. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen und mitten im Zentrum von Kos-Stadt. Restaurants, Bars, Strand und Innenstadt erreicht man bequem zu Fuß. Positiv ist außerdem die Dachterrasse mit Pool auf dem Dach – allerdings muss man alles um 18:00 Uhr verlassen. Leider entspricht das Hotel aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard eines modernen Vier-Sterne-Hauses. Wir hätten uns ein……

“Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Kos Palace Hotel. Das Zimmer war Toll und der Pool Bereich und die Lage ist auch wirklich schön! Das Personal ist nur leider wirklich unfreundlich. Das Hotel berechnet leider sehr viele Leistungen vor Ort extra (Handtücher, Liegen am Privaten Strand und Pool) das fanden wir nicht so gut. Außerdem ist der Minimarkt im Hotel unverschämt Teuer, wir mussten für ein 6er Pack Wasser 21 Euro Zahlen. Dies entspricht nicht den normalen Preisen. Ansonsten ist es……

We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests.
