The staff was amazing but the layout of the property was a maze we had to go to the other tower for our rooms.. And there was no pool facilities when we arrived. Yall should give a discount or coupons when the place doesnt have all the ammenities listed. Some pople really enjoy the pool. And we didnt get to use it.

Had a wonderful time but there was a labor strike half way through. Things got a little dirty and weird. Would have been five stars. Went to a convention and everyone did a great job.
