“It was a nice place however i had an allergic reaction to the blankets so we could not stay in the hotel. We were told at the front desk they would push a refund through if we got expedia to do so but expedia had no options we could find to refund or call them on the matter. So 400USD wasted. May not use expedia ever again due to this.”

“Clean room, we were disappointed the pool was closed.”

“My son and I attempted to stay here one night last weekend. We checked in the room, got unpacked and as we were leaving to get to my son's tournament, we noticed that the door to our room would not lock upon closing. We further tested the door from the inside, only to find out that the dead bolt, when locked, would flip to the unlocked position upon turning of the door knob from the outside. The front desk sent a maintenance man to fix it and promised to call me and let me know what was……

“Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially our check-in gentleman was kind and helpful. He even assisted my granddaughter move the luggage cart to the elevator and then, when I brought it back downstairs, he took it from me and returned it to its proper location. Never have I ever had a hotel staff person help me with a luggage cart! The breakfast was a real breakfast: hot food, fruit, wonderful coffee. Not a granola bar and canned juice like some hotels are charging an extra fee……
