Everything was fine except for 1 big problem. At checkout the person said that a receipt will be emailed to me, as the printed receipt was unclear due to a printer problem.
Well, the receipt did not come. It took 3 emails to correct an error of misunderstanding on the hotel's part, as they were not planning to email a receipt. Finally a receipt did arrive.
I do not understand the problem. It should not be difficult to fulfill their promise to email a receipt. This is not the way things should be for a hotel of this price range. This is unfortunate as it spoiled what was a very good stay otherwise.
The concierge was excellent.
